3. Refund Processing

3.1 Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. We will:

  • Check download history and usage patterns
  • Review compliance with our terms
  • Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days

3.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

4. Special Circumstances

5.3 Lifetime Subscriptions

Lifetime subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Account Termination

Upon refund approval, your account will be terminated and you will lose access to all content. You will not be able to:

  • Access your account or download content
  • Use any previously downloaded materials
  • Recreate an account with the same email address for 90 days

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you can:
