4.2 Lifetime Licenses

For lifetime subscriptions:

• License is perpetual and non-expiring
• Access to all current and future content
• No recurring fees or renewal requirements

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Falver retains all rights, title, and interest in the original content. This license does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

5.2 Derivative Works

You own the rights to derivative works you create using our content, provided they comply with this license agreement.
